Once you have booked.
You will be assigned an assessor. The assessor will work
with you to produce a portfolio for the qualification.
You will also have an induction with your assessor.
The induction can be completed on-site or remotely if
needed. The assessor will organize regular review meetings with you for
additional support and track your progress.
You will be assessed through various methods.
Such as observations, evidence generated from the workplace,
witness testimonials, professional discussions and written questions on site.

To pass the NVQ’s CONTRUCTION COURSES, you must
collect all the evidence needed to achieve each unit. The assessor will then go
through the completed portfolio and give any feedback. Once you acknowledged
the feedback, the portfolio will then go to an IQA. The IQA will decide whether
the qualification is complete or if any additional evidence is needed.
How long is a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction?
The NVQ length depends on how quickly you can gather the
relevant evidence for each unit. You can complete the course at your own pace
and around your work schedule. Learners who complete the qualification quickly
tend to have the evidence prepared before enrolling.

The NVQ will assess your competence in your current job
role, so you must be working as a full-time plasterer to enroll.
You must also be 16 or over to take the course.
